Treatment perfrmed by Dr. Josh Branco DMD. This patient was missing the first molar and the sinus floor was low so a short (8mm) implant was used. The patient is very happy.
CASE 11
Two CeraRoot 34 implants of 10mm short abutment, placed in a healed site to replace a small molar and premolar. Treatment performed by Dr. Natalie Socqué in Quebec, CANADA.
CASE 10
Extraction of upper right and lower right posterior teeth. On the lower right second bicuspid a CeraRoot 34 - 12mm (long abutment) was used. On the lower right first molar area a CeraRoot 16 was used. On the upper right a CeraRoot 21 and a CeraRoot 16 were used and a fixed bridge was cemented. On the lower right teeth, two individual zirconia crowns were used.

Missing premolar, the buccolingual dimensions were preserved. Instead of doing a soft tissue punch, we decide to flap a good amount of keratinized tissue and after the implant is placed, we suture the gum on the buccal so that the crown will look more natural.
